Krekor is an armored Hadrosaur who is friends with Clayton.

Krekor is a friend of Clayton.[1] Krekor is well-armored,[1] though it is unclear why he wears his armor.
Biography[]
In the 1870s, Hyla and Krekor followed Clayton during the Timestone Trials, as he traveled around Dinotopia to retrieve and return tyrannosaur eggs that had been stolen by pirates.[2] When Clayton only had the Diamond Caverns left to search for eggs, Krekor offered to accompany him on account of the treacherous terrain. Clayton rode on Krekor's back during the journey and they defeated pirates and retrieved eggs as they traversed the caves.After a long journey, they found the Timestone, which the pirates had searched for, though the stone appeared to lack its legendary powers. Lee Crabb arrived, piloting an enormous tyrannosaur-shaped strutter, and told them that the Timestone was in fact two stones and both were required for the magical properties to manifest. Clayton and Krekor battled Crabb in his strutter and ultimately defeated him. They then returned to the surface, with the Timestone taken by Clayton for safekeeping.[2]
